The reception of the CSCD ASBL ONGD aims to demonstrate its impact in the country’s economic development efforts. It is considered a lever to achieve the social inclusion of people living with disabilities (PLH) and particularly deaf people in the Democratic Republic of Congo and in Africa in general.
